Working with children can be very rewarding and an enjoyable experience, here at our centre we have many vulnerable children and young adults who need a safe, quiet environment with people that care, understand and can offer help and support when they need it.

As a chairty we are always looking for volunteers to help out during our activities day, or if you have skills that you can share and lead activity days, we would love to here from you.

Any volunteer and paid vacancies required will be advertised here from now on, so stay tuned.

If you are interested in one of our positions, either voluntary or an employed position, as you would expect working with vulnerable children and adults, certain formalities must be taken to ensure the safety of everyone attending our centre. We require members to have an enhanced DBS check, first aid  and safe guarding training, all of which we will arrange and pay for if you decided to volunteer with is for more than 6 months.

It is essential that all session leaders and volunteers have/want experience in working with young people and have the commitment to ensure that clubs, sessions and events are able to run as scheduled for the benefit of the young people and families attending Clearly Speaking.

While many of the session leader and volunteer positions do not require formal qualifications, training will be provided where necessary to ensure that leaders and volunteers are supported and assisted to provide the best quality service to everyone coming to Clearly Speaking.

Please Complete our volunteer/trustee contact form if you are interested in a role. We will be in touch with you as soon as possible to discuss your interest and get you registered.
